This is a review of Michaels (Ashland) Fall Wax Melts Reviews from 2019. I'm surprised these throw as well as they do, since the last couple of seasons since Hanna's Candle stopped making them in Summer 2018, have not performed quite as well.
This smells like cologne with a strong soapy note, and a wood (sandalwood?) note. But there's another note in there, something slightly sour, that makes it smell like old cologne that's gone bad. This scent came out in 2017 and 2018, and I didn't like it then either.
Sweet cinnamon with a smidgen of a buttery cinnamon roll note, although it's not a cinnamon roll scent. It's not a Big Red or red hot cinnamon scent, and more on the sweeter side. I'm not a fan of straight cinnamon, but this one is pretty good.
Cinnamon with a hint of apple. It's nice, smells like apple cinnamon room spray.
A typical generic pumpkin pie scent. It's a nice scent. It's probably the same as last year's Classic Pumpkin Spice.
Pumpkin Spice Chai
Cinnamon with a little bit of a nutmeg (pumpkin spice) note. It's not a pumpkin pie scent though. I think I smell apple also, like apple cider with nutmeg. I think it's the same scent from 2018.
Sandalwood & Vanilla
A very nice perfumey scent with milky sandalwood and a hint of vanilla. It also has a little bit of that sour note that Autumn Walk has, and it gives this scent an old perfume vibe, but in this case it actually smells very nice.
