Chesapeake Bay Wax Melt Reviews - March 2020

A delicious sweet, creamy, slightly milky almond scent with a strong almond extract note, and a little bit of cinnamon (although I barely smell the cinnamon when melting). It's completely different from Better Homes & Gardens Pistachio Macaroon which is saltier, with a distinct vanilla cookie note, smells like pistachio rather than almond, and has no cinnamon notes. And it's a totally different scent from AmbiEscents Cake Macaron (which is the same scent as ScentSationals Cake Batter Ice Cream).

A salty, savory, zesty scent with a "green" note, and maybe a smidgen of a fresh note, and possibly a hint of lemon. It smells like a salad, but it's even more zesty and savory, with maybe a smidgen of a Play-Doh note. I don't detect pear at all, or any fruit, or anything even slightly sweet. It's a nice scent, but not something I really want my house to smell like. It's similar to ScentSationals Cactus Garden, but not the same scent. Although they're both salty, savory, zesty scents, Cactus Garden is slightly "brighter", with a hint of sweetness and smidgen of a men's cologne note that Cactus Pear does not. It's also similar to Better Homes & Gardens Sage Leaf Aloe, and they both have zero sweetness, but the notes are slightly different. Sage Leaf Aloe is more rich, more "green", and more zesty, and has a smidgen of a peppery note that Cactus Pear does not have.

I added this on December 24, 2019. It's a cinnamon scent, and I'm not a fan of straight cinnamon. But this has something else in it that makes it smell fantastic, a hint of a very sweet slightly soapy perfumey note, and a smidgen of milky vanilla and cedar wood. I love this scent!
